The tournament’s success culminated in a thrilling showcase of skill, teamwork, and WNS Sri Lanka’s vibrant internal culture.
Towards its closing, the festivity of the tournament transitioned into the Beach Carnival, complete with food, drink, and live performances from the Warehouse Project and an energetic DJ performance. The WNS Family concluded the mega corporate event with a unique commemoration of its wholesome approach to work life balance.
Discussing the event, Dinesh Wickremanayake, Managing Director, WNS Sri Lanka said “As global and local business demands develop at full speed, we recognise that fuelling operational excellence is only sustainable through the recognition of our team’s dedication and excellence through fostering employee wellbeing and an invigorating corporate culture. Our business readiness and innovative spirit are grounded in our people.
