In a meaningful contribution to the well-being of cancer patients and their families, WindForce has donated a 5kW rooftop solar system to the Apeksha Hospital Temple in Maharagama. This innovative project is expected to significantly lower electricity costs for the hospital’s hostel and ward complex, which provides crucial free Food & Accommodation for patients receiving treatment. By leveraging solar energy, WindForce aims to provide a sustainable energy solution that eases the financial burden on the hospital while promoting environmentally-friendly practices. This CSR initiative is part of WindForce’s Sustainability Framework, specifically under the “Suvadiri” healthcare pillar, which is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being in local communities. Through this project, WindForce demonstrates its strong commitment to social responsibility, making a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.
