Vivya ,Sri Lanka’s first-ever heirloom rice-infused skincare brand  recently added two more new products to it’s portfolio; The Vivya Under Eye gel and face scrub were launched to provide more targeted solutions to solve for under eye dark circles and dullness of skin. The Vivya restoring under eye gel and brightening face scrub were developed based on extensive research conducted with consumers. Vivya’s undereye gel and face scrub are specifically designed to cater to Sri Lankan skin types and are infused with the highly moisturizing, nourishing, and brightening properties of the country’s heirloom rice.

Hemas Consumer Brands has always been in the forefront in developing products to solve for issues our customers are facing. Vivya is infused with three types of unique Sri Lankan heirloom rice varieties, namely Suwadel, Madathawalu and Kalu heennati, was launched to restore dull and tired skin. The stress due to busy lifestyles of women not only affect them mentally but it also takes a toll on their skin, causing pigmentation, uneven skin tones, dark circles under the eyes, dry skin, and uneven skin texture. The Vivya range provides solutions to revitalise stressed skin so that women can regain the radiance they had.

A study conducted by PepperCube Consultant, a leading and reputed boutique agency specializing in consumer and trade insights in Sri Lanka,  found that a staggering 87% of 100 respondents suffered from dark circles under their eyes. The constant strain on eyes due to exposure to computer screens, lack of sleep and breaking rest leads to more women suffering from this condition.  This study further found that in just after two weeks of using the Vivya undereye gel, 98% of the participants reported significant reduction in dark circles. Its unique blend ensures that the skin is hydrated, nourished, and brightened. The gel is also light and easily absorbs into the skin, leaving no greasy or sticky residue behind, which also makes it suitable for use prior to sleeping. Daily use of a little bit of the gel, will show results.

The face scrub is made with Hairloom Rice husks which gently exfoliates skin to reveal brighter and rejuvenated skin without causing any damage. It removes dead skin cells and impurities, leaving the skin feeling soft, smooth, and radiant.

Saumya Perera General Manager of  Beauty, Grooming and Wellness of Hemas Consumer Brands shared her thoughts: “The Vivya range offers Sri Lankan women a regime of skincare products to nourish the skin back to it radiance.
