24th February 2023, Colombo: Vision Care, Sri Lanka’s largest vision and eye wear solutions provider, is continuing its dynamic expansion strategy having opened its newest branch at Medihelp Hospitals Kelaniya which is located at 625, Bulugaha Junction, Kandy Road, Kelaniya.
The ceremonial opening of the new branch was graced by the presence of Medihelp Hospitals Chairman Leslie Wijesiriwardana, Chief Operating Officer Nishantha Jayamanna, Vision Care’s Chairman Dasantha Fonseka, Managing Director Janaka Fonseka and Chief Operating Officer Prasantha Fernando, along with several Vision Care staff members and well-wishers.
This new branch inside the Medihelp Hospitals premises builds on Vision Care’s strategic partnership with the Hospital chain to enhance its eye care offering. Last year, Vision Care opened a branch at the hospital’s Athurugiriya premises. The two companies are focused on working together to expand its optical services to selected Medihelp Hospitals’ locations which will pave the way for them to cover all the major districts in the country.
