Varun Beverages Lanka Pvt. Ltd. (VBLL), a subsidiary of Varun Beverages Ltd., which is the largest bottler of PepsiCo outside U.S., recently held an award ceremony to express their gratitude to employees who have served with the company for 25 years or more. The event was held at Taj Samudra Hotel for felicitation of such 36 employees and their spouses, who have dedicated a significant portion of their career to the organisation.
The award ceremony was attended by Chief Guest, Mr. Ravi Kant Jaipuria, the Chairman of RJ Corp, the diversified multinational conglomerate, and the parent company of Varun Beverages Ltd, who is a highly respected business leader and came from India to attend the ceremony. Deshabandu Tilak De Zoysa, Board Member of Varun Beverages Lanka Pvt. Ltd. also attended the ceremony as the Guest of Honour.
Other dignitaries in attendance were Mr. Manmohan Paul, Chief Operating Officer, of Varun Beverages India, Mr. Bhupinder Singh, Regional Chief Technology Officer, of Varun Beverages India, Mr. Pradeep Goyal, Regional Chief Financial Officer, of Varun Beverages India, Mr. Amit Joshi, Country Head of Varun Beverages Sri Lanka, and other top-ranking officials from Varun Beverages Lanka.
Speaking at the awards ceremony, the Chairman, Mr. Ravi Kant Jaipuria and the Country Head, Mr. Amit Joshi, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to their fellow employees of the organization for their dedication and loyalty.
