The members of the Round table firmly believe that a few people of integrity is enough to inspire change and can go a long way. With this in mind, the members of the Colombo Taprobane Round Table 3 have decided to host a mentorship program for the young and upcoming individuals.
The tight-knit fellowship is one that strives, firstly, to bring excellence and integrity in themselves and then the community around them. The members of the Colombo Taprobane Round Table 3 have decided to give back by using the years of experience and expertise they have amassed as industry leaders and veterans. The mentorship program is aimed at giving a valuable helping hand to those new to the game. Staying true to the motto of the Round Table International which is Adopt, Adapt and Improve, the mentoring session will help the newbies find the ropes of the Sri Lankan youth with confidence and navigate their way successfully around the many challenging facets of the business world.
The program will help fresh faces discover their true potential, realize the talent and abilities within themselves, broaden their views and experiences and learn the art of leadership as well as help them become responsible and sensible citizens.
The aim of each member who will take up the role of mentors is to help participants cultivate the highest ideals in business, professional and civic traditions. The mentorship program will also help participants excel in their business and professional occupations as well as become more aware of community service activities that they can get involved in.
