TAJ Samudra Colombo joins CH17 Corporate loyalty

Colombo’s iconic hotel chain the Taj Hotel has joined Sri Lanka’s community based loyalty scheme managed and serviced by CH17 Loyalty, the pioneers in focused customer relationship management schemes.

The hotel has agreed to offer exclusive dining facility in five of their popular restaurants to loyalty CH17 cardholders on a year round basis according to Avishek Mukherjee Director Food and Beverage.

All our restaurants are very popular among the corporate executives. They enjoy the food, ambience and hospitality the hallmark of TAJ worldwide and we are more than happy to extend this privilege to these valued customers through CH17 Loyalty, he said.

Jumar Preena, CEO of CH17 Loyalty thanked Taj Samudra Colombo for joining their exclusive corporate network and opening their doors to the corporate staff of the private sector.
