July 2024, Colombo: Sysco LABS recently obtained the Integrated Management System certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The certificates include four ISO certifications, the Facility Management System Policy (ISO 41001:2018 standard), the Business Continuity Management System Policy (ISO 22301:2019 standard), the Environmental Management System Policy (ISO 14001:2015 standard) and the Occupational Health, and Safety Management System Policy (ISO 45001:2018 standard).
As a Global In-House Centre (GIC) of Sysco Corporation (NYSE: SYY), the world’s largest foodservice provider and a Fortune 500 company, the certifications reinforce Sysco LABS’ commitment to delivering world-class and cutting-edge technologies.

Collectively, the certifications ensure risks, hazards and errors are reduced to promote excellence, efficiency, and adaptability throughout the organisation. There is an additional emphasis on communication, preparedness and proactive management, which are a priority for Sysco LABS.
