Standard Chartered & Soul Sounds to present ‘Moods of Christmas’ this festive season

13 December, 2022, Colombo, Sri Lanka – Standard Chartered Sri Lanka has partnered with the Soul Sounds Academy for a third consecutive year to ring in the festive cheer through an evening of traditional Christmas Carols, in collaboration with Cinnamon Grand Colombo.

Soul Sounds, the renowned all-female choral ensemble, directed by veteran vocal coach Soundarie David Rodrigo will present the 18th edition of ‘Moods of Christmas’, taking centre stage on the 21st of December from 7.00PM onwards at Cinnamon Grand Colombo’s Atrium.

‘Moods of Christmas’ will be an evening filled with graceful musical notes and serenity as the unique arrangements of the voices of Soul Sounds will not only add Christmas cheer, but also bring in a sense of hope for the upcoming New Year. With the Choir varying their repertoire every year with different musical arrangements, the audience can look forward to a truly stellar festive performance.
