MTI Consulting is currently working on Rwanda’s National Strategy for FDIs, Tourism and Exports – with RDB. As part of this assignment, MTI is studying Rwanda’s One Step Center for Investors.

At RDB’s One Stop Center, both new and existing investors can access all necessary services for setting up a business, either in person or virtually. All relevant ministries and state institutions are represented here, working together to ensure that doing business in Rwanda is as efficient as possible. Business registrations are completed within 6 hours, with ongoing efforts to reduce this time further and make the process virtually effortless.

“Countries like Sri Lanka should consider conceptualizing and developing such an entity, which requires cutting through layers of bureaucracy and legislation to ensure an almost effortless, seamless investor experience. Such an exercise requires bold commitment starting from the highest level of governance,” said Hilmy Cader, CEO of MTI Consulting.

MTI Consulting is an international strategy consultancy, having completed 680 projects across 51 countries over the last 27 years, with 7 regional offices and associates in over 30 countries.
