Spectra Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, an end-to-end logistics solutions provider, has been recognised as one of Sri Lanka’s best workplaces for the first time by Great Place to Work® Sri Lanka, the authority on high trust, high performance and positive workplace culture based on independent survey.

Since the acquisition of the company by McLarens Holdings in 2020, significant improvements in its HR practices were seen, with a strong focus on enhancing employees’ work experience and nurturing a growth centered workspace. The company implemented the “Best Employee of the Quarter” award, provided free lunches and free transportation despite the high transportation costs. Spectra also supports staff in their further studies with loan facilities.
Many employee engagement activities were organised including International Women’s Day celebration, Spectra cricket tournament, Poson Poya celebration to keep employees engaged, thereby building a positive and collaborative work environment. As a result, 84% of employees surveyed rated Spectra a great place to work.
