SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise and John Keells Group strengthen two-decade partnership with new agreement for SD-WAN and Microsoft Azure Stack Services

SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise, recognised for delivering best-in-class technology and driving digitalisation for the enterprise segment, has signed a new agreement with John Keells Group, the largest conglomerate listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange, to provide Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) and Microsoft Azure Stack services, further building upon a successful two-decade partnership.

The agreement was recently exchanged between Janaka Abeysinghe, Chief Executive Officer, Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, and Ramesh Shanmuganathan, Group Chief Information Officer and CEO, John Keells IT, and other officials from both organizations were also present at the signing ceremony.

This collaboration also marks a significant milestone in the longstanding partnership, with SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise solidifying their commitment to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to the John Keells Group.

Under the new agreement, SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise will implement its advanced SD-WAN solution across multiple locations of the John Keells Group, ensuring a highly flexible and secure networking infrastructure, optimising connectivity, and improving application performance and reliability for their critical business operations. Additionally, by onboarding the Microsoft Azure Stack service, SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise offers the John Keells Group enhanced scalability, agility, and cost efficiency in deploying and managing their applications and workloads.
