Concluding the latest phase of its School Bus Library project, SLT-MOBITEL donated yet another SLTB Bus transformed into a fully-fledged library, to the Walgamwewa Vidyalaya, Galewela recently.  Participating in the handing over ceremony were SLT-MOBITEL officials, the School Principal, Teachers, Students and well-wishers.

Through the Bus Library project, SLT-MOBITEL aims to uplift the nation’s educational landscape by providing access information technology, books and nurture the habit of reading for young students in rural schools. This national level CSR endeavor is carried out in partnership with the National Library of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) and Manusath Derana.
