SLT-MOBITEL Donates Vital Equipment to Kuliyapitiya Teaching Hospital to Treat COVID-19 Affected Patients

SLT-MOBITEL, the National ICT, Telecommunications and Mobile Services Provider donated a Multi Para Monitor recently to the Kuliyapitiya Teaching Hospital, continuing its effort to help Sri Lanka overcome the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. It is the 2nd Largest Hospital in the Kurunegala District, and the donated equipment will be used to treat patients affected by the virus. Ranmal Fonseka, Regional Head SLT-MOBITEL and Chanaka Udayanga, Regional Telecom Manager, SLT-MOBITEL handed over the equipment to Dr. Prabath Werawatthe, Director, Teaching Hospital Kuliyapitiya. Also present during the handover were Nirosha Kaunarathna, District Manager SLT-MOBITEL, Dr. Madusha Sathkumara, Medical officer- Planning and M.M.A. Marasingha, Matron of the hospital.
