SLT Human Capital Solutions Honours Employees for Driving Company’s Success

SLT Human Capital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, hosted its 'Super Human Awards Ceremony 2019' recently.

Felicitating employees for their outstanding contribution towards the success of the company, SLT Human Capital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (SLT HCS), held a glittering awards ceremony ‘Super Human Award Ceremony 2019’ recently.

Recognised as the leading total HR solutions providing company in Sri Lanka, renowned for its comprehensive portfolio of innovative HR solutions, HCS instituted the Super Human Awards as a premier event to appreciate the loyalty, dedication and hard work of its employees towards the organisation.

The ceremony was held on 09th March 2019 at the Sri Lanka Foundation Auditorium. Over 425 HCS employees participated in the event.

P.G. Kumarasinghe Sirisena – Chairman Sri Lanka Telecom Group, Mr. Jayantha Nimal Ratnayeka, Board Director of SLT Human Capital Solutions Pvt Ltd and Roshan Kaluarachchi, CEO, SLT Human Capital Solutions together with HCS senior management graced the programme.

Commenting on the awards ceremony, P.G. Kumarasinghe Sirisena, Group Chairman of SLT said, “Super Human Award Ceremony 2019 is an extension of the company’s people-centric policy, which accords utmost value to our most important assets – our employees. The event is also part of the company’s commitment to appreciate and acknowledge the contributions of our people. I commend our CEO Roshan Kaluarachchi in organising such a superlative event.”

During the event over 170 employees were recognised as ‘Super Performers’ across areas such as Technical, Contact Centre, Customer care, Sales and Sales for Small and Medium Enterprises.

For showcasing their talent in Education, Innovation and Sports, another 51 employees were also felicitated, bringing the total of 230 accolades being presented to HCS staff. At the event, 185 employees were made permanent members of SLT Human Capital Solutions Pvt Ltd.
