SLT expands convenience customer services with its newly opened branches

Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, the national information and communication technology solutions provider, has declared open eight new branches around the country recently, in order to provide customers with an unforgettable service experience from more convenient locations. The new openings include six new Regional Telecom Offices (RTO) at Homagama, Horana, Ambalangoda, Kelaniya, Kuliyapitiya ,& Mullaittivu, Outside Plant Maintenance Centre (OPMC) at Nittambuwa and a revamped state-of-the-art Regional Telecom Office at Nugegoda .

The newly opened branches will offer the full range of services and facilities including provision of new connections, bill payments, fault reporting as well as selling equipment.

New branches were ceremoniously declared open by Mr. P.G. Kumarasinghe Sirisena – Chairman of SLT Group. Mr. Kiththi Perera – Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Priyantha Fernandez – Chief Operating Officer, several Chief Officers and other distinguished guests attended the ceremonies.
