The SLASSCOM People Summit currently taking place from 25th – 27th January features the challenges that organizations face when adapting to a hybrid workplace model that revolves around the maintenance of employee morale and productivity and the increased need for organizations to increase and maintain employee engagement in a manner that promotes increased participation and minimizes frustration and inefficiencies.
This Annual flag ship event is held this year under the theme of Engaging, Coaching and Leading People in a Hybrid World. The Summit consists of 12 speakers who are at the very top of their professional fields conducting several educational and informational panel discussions on some of the most pressing matters for those adopting hybrid workplace models in the IT /BPM industry.
