He said, Bangladesh has progressed based on small discoveries. Where diploma engineers have made significant contributions. However, the strange triangle of unemployment, vacancies and termination of recruitment is pressing in the field of diploma engineering education. To move the state forward, this strange triangle must be broken. The importance of desk and field engineering in practice cannot be ignored. However, diploma engineers are playing a leading role at the field level. However, there are differences of opinion in the field of engineering. He commented that diploma engineers should awaken their own strength to pass it.
