SDTI Campus shines at Commonwealth Business Excellence Awards

Skill Development and Training International Institute (SDTI) Campus, a leading higher education institute in the country, was honoured with the “Outstanding Education Institute with Quality Education and Moral Standards” award at the Commonwealth Business Excellence Awards. The awards ceremony during which best institutes selected by an international jury from among the Commonwealth countries were honoured with several categories of awards, was recently held in Singapore.

Awarded as the Best University in South Asia in 2022, SDIT Campus (www.sdticampus.lk) (0769998889) offers higher education courses, diplomas, basic degrees, and postgraduate, Master of Science degrees and Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) degrees, in Sinhala, Tamil, and English languages. The Campus offers those programmes in collaboration with the Skills Development Fund operating under the Ministry of Education as well as reputed international universities with international JSO quality certificates. Accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC), these study programmes are offered at a minimum fee with the facilities for students to obtain loans provided by the state banks, and students have also been facilitated to work while studying. Students have the opportunity to receive training through a network of branches spread across the island, and through the distance education system. SDTI Campus has paved the way for students to complete their higher education both theoretically and practically in many fields such as counseling psychology, management, banking, business administration, teaching, nursing, medical laboratory science, pharmacy, information technology, fashion, acting and announcements, and languages. The teaching method and courses at SDTI Campus are designed to develop the professional skills and capabilities of students.
