S-lon relocates its Jaffna re-distribution centre to provide better service

S-lon Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, the market leader in the thermoplastic pipes & fittings industry, recently relocated their re-distribution centre in Jaffna to an all-new location with the objective of further enhancing convenience and quality of service for their valued customers and supporting their retail partners.

The new re-distribution centre further cements the commitment of S-lon Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, to enhance the services offered to its end user and retailer network by providing high quality products and services, especially during these challenging times. S-lon’s distributor network is a key part of its business operations, and the company is constantly dedicated to supporting the retailers.

Mr. S.C. Weerasekera, Group Director / Chief Operating Officer of Capital Maharaja Group, commented on the new re-distribution centre. “Standing on our ethos, we treat customer as our family as we do not offer any product to customers unless it can be consumed by our family and friends. As a market leader, it is imperative that we become closer to customers and provide a better service especially during these difficult times. It is with this in mind that we relocated the re-distribution centre in Jaffna, in a much more convenient and spacious location, making it easier for our retailers to avail themselves to our products and services.”

The opening ceremony of the new re-distribution centre was graced by Mr. S.C Weerasekara, Group Director / Chief Operating Officer of Capital Maharaja Group and Mr. Kirubakaran, Managing Director of the Jaffna Re-distribution Centre. Other representatives of S-lon at the event included Mr. Jayantha Gallahewa, Director Supply Chain, Mr. Nuwan Wickramapathirana, Marketing Manager, and the Field Sales team headed by Mr. Sanath Chaminda, Sales Manager.
