Renowned novelist, playwright, and lyricist Rajib Moni Das recently served as a judge for the reality show Mr. and Miss Glamour Looks 2024. This marked his second time judging the competition, where he played a significant role as the lead judge in both the preliminary selection round and the grand finale. This year, six winners were selected, who will represent Bangladesh in national and international contests.
The grand finale of Mr. and Miss Glamour Looks (Season 4) was held on Friday evening, December 27, at the International Convention Center Ltd. (ICCL). Rajib Moni Das, alongside a distinguished panel of judges, carried out the crucial task of identifying talented and charismatic individuals. Reflecting on the event, he remarked, “There needs to be a platform to showcase the talents scattered across the country, and Mr. and Miss Glamour Looks is providing that opportunity.”
He further added, “This is my second time encountering such an experience. When I was invited to judge the final round, I was surprised and thrilled!” He continued, “I have been working for many years in the fields of novels, dramas, and music. The organizers must have valued my experience, which is why I was invited to judge. Feeling honored, I participated in the final round as well.”
The competition, which began in August, saw both men and women register online and go through multiple stages before reaching the finale. Other judges on the panel included Apu Biswas, Naznin Khan, Joy Chowdhury, Mahbub Hasan, Sifat Nusrat, Maria Kispatra and Faridul Islam Rubel.
The winners of Mr. and Miss Glamour Looks 2024 have been announced, with Priyanka Baroi crowned as the Champion in the women’s category. Muskan Chowdhury secured the position of 1st Runner-Up, while Tazruba Nowsheen was awarded the title of 2nd Runner-Up. In the men’s category, Raian Mukit Alvi emerged as the Champion, followed by Adnan Karim as the 1st Runner-Up, and Ariyan Shohug as the 2nd Runner-Up. These talented individuals will now represent Bangladesh in national and international competitions, showcasing their charm and abilities on larger platforms
