Colombo, Sri Lanka – November 11th, 2021 –

Orient Finance PLC, a Janashakthi Group Company, earned praise for its culture of integrity and excellence yet again, with Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka certifying the financial services provider as a great workplace post an independent audit.

A reflection of the company’s exceptional work culture and employee engagement efforts, the Certification is a result of an objective, data driven assessment by Great Place to Work® based on five principals – credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Orient Finance team members took part in the Trust Index© Survey and rated the company and their experience working for it on a diverse set of criteria. The company’s existing people practices too were evaluated through the Culture Audit© Management Questionnaire.

Driven by its key values Orient Finance PLC has an illustrious legacy of rising above all challenges and delivering greater value to all its stakeholders through its cutting-edge financial solutions for over 40 years. Being aware of the pivotal role of its team members in doing so, the financial services provider seeks to continually assess, analyse, and advance the employee experience it offers to promote greater trust and stronger performance through independent assessments such as the Great Place to Work® certification.

Commenting on this, K.M.M Jabir, Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer, Orient Finance PLC, said, “We are proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work.
