Wednesday, 25th September 2024, COLOMBO; Nippon Paint Lanka has been ranked fifty sixth among the best places to work in Asia for 2024. The recognition has been made by ‘Great Place to Work’ following an independent survey. The company was also placed as the ninth among the fifty best workplaces in Sri Lanka.
The ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. It is a two-step process that included surveying Nippon Paint Lanka employees and completing a short questionnaire about the company’s workforce.
