Neptune Recyclers successfully complete recycling initiatives during Vesak and Poson Poya

Neptune Recyclers have once again demonstrated its deep commitment to sustainability with the successful completion of recycling initiatives during Vesak and Poson Poya. By focussing their efforts on the collection and recycling of PET bottles, Neptune Recyclers made a notable impact on the reduction of plastic pollution and promotion eco-friendly practices.

 



 

During Vesak, the company was able to collect and recycle over 4,000 PET bottles, which is a remarkable effort. This initiative not only helped ensure the cleanliness of the environment but also raised much needed awareness about the importance of recycling during large public gatherings. Building upon this great success, Neptune Recyclers extended its efforts on Poson Poya, successfully collecting and recycling a further 8,000 PET bottles, resulting in a total collection of 12,000 bottles during the two initiatives. This phenomenal achievement further contributed to the reduction of plastic waste.
