March 2024, Colombo Sri Lanka: NCINGA and Google organised an insightful session for C-suites of large Sri Lankan enterprises to discuss the benefits of using Google Cloud to run their core SAP infrastructure. The event, held at the Courtyard by Marriott on March 6, 2024, was attended by C-suite executives from Sri Lankan organisations spanning many industries as well as regional representatives from Google. Discussions at the event focused on how organisations can achieve higher ROI with speed, scale and agility while leveraging new age artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

Srimurugan Veluswamy, Interim APAC Lead, SAP on GCP at Google, elaborated on the need for infrastructure modernisation to achieve ROI goals; Rishi Sharma, Head of Technology, SAP on Google Cloud SAARC, discussed the use of the Google SAP Cortex framework for more dynamic business insights; and Vishwas Srigowtham, Territory Manager, Google Cloud, explored the use of generative AI as a platform to elevate modern businesses. NCINGA client Lion Breweries PLC presented the success story of migrating their SAP infrastructure to Google Cloud and its many enterprise benefits during an interactive session.
