According to her, every contestant (both male and female) in the show is highly talented and hardworking. Through this reality show, participants receive special training in areas such as scriptwriting, acting, recitation, dancing, singing, ramp walks, and more. The goal is to ensure that those who achieve the top seven positions can go on to achieve great things in their careers. The show is organized annually with the hope that its winners will excel in their respective fields. Previous winners of the show have successfully ventured into the media industry, showcasing their talents and advancing in their careers.

It is worth mentioning that the contestants participated in the competition on October 17, 2024, from across the country. Out of thousands of participants, 36 were selected for the final round. Currently, these 18 finalists are being groomed in various skills such as scriptwriting, acting, dancing, singing, ramp walks, and recitation. In the final round, Naznin Hasan Khan, along with other judges, will select the top three most talented contestants as winners.
