Nawaloka Hospitals partner with Medicare 2019 to provide free test and consultations

Sri Lanka’s most advanced private healthcare provider, Nawaloka Hospitals, presented their latest medical advancements and technologies at the Medicare 2019, Sri Lanka’s premier national healthcare exhibition, which was held at Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Hall (BMICH) in Colombo.

Adding more value to the Medicare Exhibition, Nawaloka Hospitals stall featured key areas of interest for the public namely, Fertility, ENT (ear, nose and throat), Cardiac and Neurology. Another significant feature was providing free tests and consultations to the visitors of the stall. It includes random blood sugar test, blood pressure, doctor consultation & advice and BMI (Body Mass Index). Specialist doctors covering Gastroenterology, fertility, ENT, Neurology and cardiology would be available at the stall for free consultation on prior appointment allocation. A team from Nawaloka Hospitals was also available throughout the exhibition to assist participants in providing important information on different healthcare topics, which would lead them to a healthy life and also details about different medical tests and many more.

Introducing and promoting the latest advances in medical science and technology was the primary objective of the 2019 Medicare National Healthcare Exhibition. Organized by the Ministry of Health for the 10thconsecutive year, it showcased the latest in modern healthcare, disease prevention, effective treatment methods, newest technology and latest services available in Sri Lankan hospitals and laboratories as well as the global medical sector. Medicare Exhibition in Jaffna will be held from March 15 to 17 at the Weerasigham Hall. Nawaloka Hospitals will be providing the same free services at the Jaffna exhibition as well.
