Microsoft to headline final day of ICTA’s ‘National Digital Consortia’ 2022

Microsoft will headline the final day (13) of the four-day National Digital Consortia organized by the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) in partnership with Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS), Sri Lanka Association for Software and Services Companies (SLASSCOM), BCS, and Computer Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL).

The lineup of speakers from Microsoft will include: Sandy Gupta, Vice President, Microsoft APAC; Sook Hoon Cheah, General Manager, Microsoft Southeast Asia New Markets; Harsha Randeny, Country Manager, Microsoft Sri Lanka and Maldives; Saj Kumar, Regional Business Lead, Manufacturing, Microsoft Asia; Basudev Banerjee, Financial Services Leader, Microsoft APAC; Vincent Quah, Education Lead, Microsoft APAC; Manish Prakash, Regional Business Lead, Public Sector, Microsoft Asia; and Kiran Kumar NR, Senior Cloud Solution Architect, Microsoft.

They will present the latest products, services, and share insights on trends in the global tech industry. Their sessions will showcase the latest technology trends in Agriculture, Cyber Security, Health, Education, Fintech, and Customer Engagement and Transformation. In addition, fireside chats, case studies on digital government transformation will also be provided.

The challenges now posed by cybersecurity and keeping citizen data safe and secure, both in transit across a network and at rest in the datacenter, is escalating as governments of every scale increasingly rely on information technologies as part of their critical infrastructure.
