Kelani Cables felicitates distributing agents at the annual convention

Kelani Cables PLC, Sri Lanka’s number one brand in secure electrical and communication cables held its sixth Annual Distributor Convention at Ananthaya Hotel in Chilaw with the participation of Mr. Mahinda Saranapala, Director/ CEO, Kelani Cables PLC, Mr. Anil Munasinghe, General Manager Marketing, Mrs. Hemamala Karunasekera, Chief Finance officer, Mr. Devinda Lorensuhewa, DGM Marketing and managers of all departments.

Among distributors operating around the island the personnel that have performed exceptionally well in 2018 received awards, certificates and cash prizes at the event.

Best Distributors in Large, Medium and Small Scale were recognized at the event.

First, second and third places of Large scale best distributor awards were received by W A Judith Devika, G G Wijeratne and Poorna Weerasinghe. Mediam scale section winners were W R Wimaladharama, S L Gihan Prasad and J L de Silva. Small scale section recognitions came to K M N S Kulatunga, G T S Silva and D C K Jayakody.

Main invitee of the event Mr. Mahinda Saranapala, Director/ CEO, Kelani Cables PLC said this award ceremony highlights the success story of Kelani Cables and the dedicated workers who contribute towards that success.

Hence we joyfully spend two days with them every year like this appreciating their excellent services as a courtesy and also to motivate them.  We go beyond award presentations to offer them with foreign tours with a view to encouraging them to perform even better in the coming years”.
