ICMAB organized a Webinar on Exploring Offshore Banking and its Contribution to International Trade Facilitation

The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) organized a Webinar on Exploring Offshore Banking and its Contribution to International Trade Facilitation at 08:00 P.M. on 03 July 2024 Wednesday.

Mr. Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, CTFP, CDCS, a Qualified Trade Finance Professional and the Founder of “The Learning Line Academy,” led the Webinar as the resource person.

 




 

Mr. Rafiqul Islam discussed the importance of offshore banking in the light of Offshore Banking Act, 2024 and showed how a country can boost up the foreign currency reserve with the help of Offshore Banking.

Vice President of ICMAB, Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed FCMA, thanked all the participants and resource persons of the Webinar and emphasized on building an Online Learning Community by arranging webinars from time to time for the students and members.

The Treasurer of ICMAB, Mr. Abdul Matin Patwary FCMA, offered a welcome speech at the very outset of the Webinar.

The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) council members, fellow & associate members and a large number of students remained present at the webinar.
