Renowned actor Farid Hossain has been honored as the Best Actor at the TRAB Award 2024, organized by the Television Reporters Association of Bangladesh (TRAB).
The award was presented during the 25th TRAB Award 2024 ceremony held on Saturday, November 23, at a hotel in Bijoynagar, Dhaka. Farid Hossain received this prestigious recognition for his outstanding performance in the drama “Jimmadar”.
The event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Syed MagurbMorshed, former Secretary of Information; BirMuktijoddha Mir Hasmat Ali, Justice of the Bangladesh Supreme Court; Dr. Jahangir AlamRustam, a prominent environmental scientist and world-renowned poet; KamrulHasanDarpan, President of BACHSAS; and Shafiqul Rahman, Chairman of BBN News, among others.
The award was presented to Farid Hossain by acclaimed film personality Kazi Hayat, Syed MagurbMorshed, and Mir Hasmat Ali.
Expressing his gratitude, Farid Hossain said, “Receiving an award as recognition for any work is always rewarding. It enhances one’s passion, love, and responsibility toward their craft. I no longer wish to confine myself to a specific pace. I always work with the audience in mind, and I will continue to maintain this approach.
