DFCC Bank Ranked 4th Among Sri Lanka’s Top Employers for CIMA Members in 2025

DFCC Bank has been ranked fourth among the top 20 employers in Sri Lanka for CIMA members in 2025, a recognition awarded by AICPA & CIMA at a recent ceremony in Colombo. The ranking places DFCC Bank among the country’s leading organisations for fostering professional development and underscores its commitment to building a skilled workforce equipped for the future of banking.
 



 
The awards were presented by Simon Bittlestone, FCMA(UK), CGMA, President of CIMA and Chair of AICPA, alongside Venkkat Ramanan, FCMA(UK), CGMA, Regional Vice President—Asia Pacific, AICPA & CIMA. Recognition is based on the number of CIMA members within an organisation and the level of support provided to employees in their professional development.

DFCC Bank’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Paduma Subasinghe, said the recognition reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to investing in its people. “Our people are our success, and we continue to invest in their development to drive the Bank forward.
