The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) announces the launch of a series of workshops on capital market operations for corporate representatives. The events cater to a growing demand among corporates for learning opportunities related to capital market operations and aims to foster knowledge sharing among corporate representatives that frequently engage in capital market related activities.

The first event in the series, targeting corporate secretaries, was hosted at the CSE Auditorium earlier today where participants were offered insight on areas such as the role of CSE, the salient features of the Companies Act with relation to the capital market, initial and further issuance of securities and continuing listing disclosures and requirements.

The session was conducted by Chief Regulatory Officer Mr. Renuke Wijayawardhane, Head of Trading, Market Surveillance & Corporate Affairs Ms. Nilupa Perera, Head of Listings Ms. Vinduni Dullewe and Assistant Manager for Corporate Affairs Ms. Thanuja Aluvihare.
