The Commercial Bank of Ceylon has further strengthened its presence in the Kurunegala District, with the opening of a fully–fledged branch in Hettipola. The Bank’s 267th branch in Sri Lanka is located at No. 178/1, Kurunegala Road, Hettipola.
The branch is an Automated Banking Centre featuring an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), a Cash Recycler Machine (CRM) and a Cheque Deposit Machine making its services accessible any time of the day or night. With the opening of this branch, Commercial Bank’s network of ATMs in Sri Lanka grows to 854 terminals.
Commercial Bank Chairman Mr Dharma Dheerasinghe was the Chief Guest at the opening of the branch, which was also attended by the Bank’s Managing Director Mr S. Renganathan, Chief Operating Officer Mr Sanath Manatunge, Deputy General Manager – Personal Banking Mrs Sandra Walgama, Deputy General Manager – Marketing Mr Hasrath Munasinghe and other officials of the Bank.
