ComBank employees celebrate Poson with ‘Pahan Gee’

Poson Pahan Gee 2024 (LBN)

A choral ensemble comprising of members of the staff of the Commercial Bank recently performed at a celebration of Poson with devotional songs. The Bank’s Chairman Mr Sharhan Muhseen, Deputy Chairman Mr Raja Senanayake, Managing Director/CEO Mr Sanath Manatunge, directors and representatives of the senior and corporate management of the Bank graced the occasion at the Malalasekara Theatre at Nalanda College. Present and past employees of Commercial Bank and their families attended the celebration

The guest artiste at the event was the popular musician Mr T. M. Jayaratne, who was accompanied by the Commercial Bank choir on some of the songs. A notable feature of the performance was that many of the devotional songs sung were composed especially for the Bank. Pictured here is one of the performances at the event.
