Beko brings Fun through “Baking for Kids”

September 11, 20172min0

Following last year’s success with the Kids Fun Baking event, an initiative that was put together by Singer Sri Lanka and Beko, was held for the second consecutive time at the Beko Concept Store in Horton Place recently.

The event unfolded at the right time, as it was held during the school holidays and thus giving kids between the ages of 8 to 12 with an ideal platform where they could learn and acquire baking skills, whilst having fun in the process. The event attracted around 50 kids who were present at the baking event which was held at a grand scale.

The event also proved successful especially among the mothers who were present to witness their children experience a more fun infused concept with baking and giving them the opportunity to connect with them during the tasting sessions.  The kids were able to not only create delectable and scrumptious baked goodies but also allowed them to gain interest to carry on engaging in baking sessions in the comfort of their own homes with their family members.
