Having launched in August 2019, COVID-19 was not enough to slow down the Sri Lankan start up business as it recorded consecutive years of over 100% growth YoY. This has helped position Advice Lab as one of the market leaders in the industry working with some of Australia’s largest financial planning providers.

For the 12 months ending 31 December 2021, Advice Lab recorded over 5x growth in its top line revenue.

In addition to its stellar annual performances, Advice Lab was also certified as a Great Place to Work™ in Sri Lanka in 2021 cementing itself as an employer of choice.

Prad Navaratnam, Managing Director of Advice Lab, said “What we achieved in 2020 was amazing, considering we came up against Covid as a relatively young business and forced to learn and adapt in order to grow. However, what we then went on to achieve in 2021 was nothing short of phenomenal and I am extremely proud of our people that have helped us achieve that.”

Navaratnam further added, “We are keenly anticipating 2022 and are looking forward to continue our growth and further establish ourselves as the market leaders in our field.”
