The International Scientific Conference (Congress)-2023 organized by BCSIR to Celebrate the Golden Jubilee of BCSIR and to continue Bangladesh’s Progress in Science Research Concluded on 10th March 2024 Sunday at Dhanmondi Campus of BCSIR. In addition to various universities and research institutes of Bangladesh, thousands of scientists and researchers from more than 30 countries, especially America, China, Japan, Australia, India, Korea, Britain and other countries will present their research work in this scientific conference.
The special significance of this science conference is that Japanese scientist DR YOSHINORI OSHUMU, who won the Nobel Prize in medical research in 2016, could not attend in person due to illness. , he expressed the opinion that he can do something for the country or the world through research. At the same time he lays special emphasis on applying the acquired knowledge through research.
As Education Minister Barrister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury could not come due to illness, Ali Hossain, Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology was present as the chief guest and said that the Ministry of Science and Technology is determined to make a special contribution to the creation of digital infrastructure as the cradle of Smart Bangladesh. He expressed hope that all the research ideas that the young scientists got in today’s scientific conference will be realized through research.
