Dr. Hiran Peter, the founder of United Ventures International, was honoured with the “Social Service Ambassador” award by MUGP International Organisation, one of the leading quality assessment organisations in the country. The award was presented to him by former President Maithripala Sirisena. This award is given to the individual or organisation in appreciation of the service rendered by them for the betterment of the country after intensive surveillance and observation. It is note worthy that Dr. Hiran Peter received this award in recognition of his silent service to the people of Sri Lanka.
In addition to the said award, the award for the best construction company was also won by United Ventures International, a private company based in Rajagiriya, and headed by Dr. Hiran Peter.
