The goal was to make a mark on the entire BPO industry, attracting business owners and stakeholders while enlightening young minds about the art of BPO. These four summits have succeeded to grab the concentration of world BPO employers towards Bangladesh as an offshore destination that has great potential for BPO. The BPO Summits in the past took place in Dhaka, the capital city. But for the first time ever, “BPO Summit Bangladesh 2023” is coming to the divisional level as “Divisional BPO Summit”. Through this summit, BACCO is hopeful to make ways for new strategic development aligned with the aim of establishing a ‘Smart Bangladesh’ and a more effective BPO sector with 1 lac middle-income sustainable jobs for the youth.
