Women Empowered Global (WEG), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women through education, leadership, career and entrepreneurial programs will host its monthly live master class for women and men in entrepreneurship and corporate positions to learn the practical side of leadership and personal development. The session will be held on 18th June 2020 at 7pm (SL Time).
The class titled “Unleashing the Power of Emotional Intelligence” will be conducted by two award-winning and inspiring speakers; namely Guest speaker Dr. Ruby Bakshi Khurdi and session Keynote speaker Senela Jayasuriya.
Dr.Khurdi is an Educationist and expert in Emotional Intelligence. Alongside being the Founder of Ray Academy Swiss, and a Global Goodwill Ambassador for Switzerland, she is also an International Motivational Public Speaker and has spoken at TEDx.
The Keynote speaker, Founder and CEO of Women Empowered Global Senela Jayasuriya is a global business advisor, dynamic motivator and a certified Transformation Coach. She works with local and international executives, leaders and entrepreneurs, and is a speaker at various start-up events and incubator programs.
This upcoming LIVE webinar is open for women and men who want to develop and hone their knowledge in emotional intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is very important as it has a direct correlation between the professional mindset and its impact on workplace performance. Especially during these difficult times, the power of emotional intelligence will aid in improving the state of mind within the workplace and between employees, now when we need it most.
These sessions are carefully curated by Women Empowered Global to foster an international practical learning experience for Sri Lankans while networking with international participants who attend LIVE online courses and classes. The Global Speaker Series is a LIVE online master class hosted by Women Empowered Global, which is offered free as part of a free range of educational and knowledge building programs to help engage more women in excelling careers as well as provide women and men more learning opportunities with international top-notch speakers and course instructors.
The online master class also includes an online 1.5hr interactive video session where you can learn how to overcome and adapt, as well as an interactive Q&A with speed mentoring.
