The ceremoniously inaugurated ‘Lotus Tower’ stands at a total height of 350m and is the tallest tower in South Asia. The Tower’s ICT infrastructure also ensures that it acts as a single transmission hub for telecommunications, Digital TV and radio. The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka(TRCSL) played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life, and had managed the project as part of its drive of enhancing the lifestyle of Sri Lankans through the development of telecommunications infrastructure.
