The 4th Annual General Meeting of the CEMBA-CEMPA Alumni Association of the Open University of Sri Lanka was held on the 20th of July 2019 at the Rainbow banquet hall of the Solis Hotel in Pittakotte. A large gathering comprising of academic staff, OUSL, past-graduates of CEMBA-CEMPA and present students were present at the occasion.
The AGM was commenced by the out-going President, Dr. S. Sridharan, the Deputy Director General of Planning at the Ministry of Health. He shared the details of the activities carried out during the preceding year. The alumni were able to conduct 3 Continuous Professional Development seminars. The first one about Governing Policies, Guidelines, Procedures in Procurement was conducted by the former Governor of the Northern Province, Major General Rtd. Sarath Muthugala who is also a prominent Procurement Specialist.
