Microsoft held its inaugural ‘Data & AI Day’ for over 150 representatives from the ICT community at Galle Face Hotel, recently. The event—which featured keynote speakers, live demonstrations, and a chatbot showcase—revealed how new data and AI tools built on top of Microsoft’s cloud computing service, Azure, can be leveraged to improve competitive advantage.

With cloud, data and artificial intelligence changing how humans interact with technology, Microsoft believes that Sri Lankan businesses can harness the power of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to derive insights, optimize operations, drive innovation, and deliver value. The event covered Azure’s Cognitive Services and Bot Framework extensively
