A team of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), led by its current President Ms. Maria Howlader FCA took part in the pre-budget discussions for FY 2025–2026 organized by the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
Mr. Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA, Chairman, NBR and Secretary, Internal Resource Division, GoB, presided over the meeting, which was held on 11 March 2025 Tuesday, at Rajswa Bhaban in the capital.
At the meeting, fellow member of the institute Mr. Snehasish Barua FCA, presented ICAB’s recommendations for the National Budget for FY 2025–2026. ICAB Council Member and Past President Mr. Md. Shahadat Hossain FCA was also present there.
