JFS Holdings Limited, a rapidly growing HR Tech conglomerate in Sri Lanka, has secured its fifth consecutive award by winning the prestigious Gold Award at the “CNCI Achievers Awards” 2024 for the second year in a row. This esteemed event, organized by the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI), recognized JFS Holdings for its outstanding performance during the 2022/23 financial year. Generating a turnover of 227 million for the 2022/23 financial year, JFS was evaluated in the Small category within the Service sector, according to CNCI classifications. Madhushan Raigamage, Chairperson of JFS Holdings Limited, accepted the award on behalf of the company at a grand ceremony held at Cinnamon Grand, Colombo. The event was graced by the Hon. Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, Premier of Sri Lanka, who attended as the Chief Guest, further elevating the significance of this achievement.

Founded in 2012, JFS Holdings has rapidly expanded into a diversified conglomerate, with four fully owned subsidiaries focusing on four business sectors: Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), HR Tech Solutions, and Action Sports. Originally established as an Executive Search service for local and regional businesses, JFS Holdings has continuously raised the bar across all its operations. One of the standout performers within the company is its ICT sector, represented by the brand CodeOne-X. Likely the leading IT Staff Augmentation brand in Sri Lanka, CodeOne-X has deployed over 100 Development and DevOps professionals to support Standard and Enterprise-level ICT projects, both locally and internationally. This strategic expansion has further cemented JFS Holdings’ reputation as a leading service provider in the ICT domain.

Reflecting on the company’s latest accomplishment, Madhushan Raigamage shared, “This Gold Award is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire team at JFS. Our success reflects our commitment to delivering value and driving innovation across all our business sectors. At JFS, we believe in thinking big, and this recognition encourages us to keep pushing boundaries as we continue to expand locally and globally. I am proud of how far we have come, and I am excited about the future as we explore new opportunities to better serve our clients and stakeholders. Our main strength is our young yet mature leadership team and staff in reaching our next goal: the ‘Billion Run’, one billion in equity by 2028.” Driven by its core philosophy, “Thinking Big,” JFS Holdings consistently explores new markets and opportunities, positioning itself as a leading force both in Sri Lanka and abroad. With a focus on long-term growth and delivering exceptional value to its customers and stakeholders, JFS Holdings is well on its way to achieving even greater success in the years ahead.
