Celebrates top performers of 2022 and long-standing employees at 99x Excellence Awards
Sri Lanka’s leading technology company, 99x, kicked off 2023 recently at its annual kick-off ceremony themed ‘To Reset and Rebuild’, held at Shangri-La Colombo. 99x Chairman Dag Honningsvåg, Founder and CEO Mano Sekaram, the senior leadership team, and employees attended the event where the strategic plan for 2023 was presented to all the participants by Mano Sekaram. During the ceremony, 99x Chief Operating Officer Shehani Seneviratne gave an operational overview of 2022 and explained how 99x was able to achieve tremendous success during a challenging year.
“Being able to triple our revenues from where we were in 2020 is a significant achievement for us. As we move forward into 2023, it’s time for us to Reset and Rebuild to better respond to the new winds of change brought on by the prevailing situation”, said 99x Founder and CEO Mano Sekaram. “We will remain committed to getting closer to our customers, moving up the value chain, fueling growth through new acquisitions, and executing through global delivery teams. Our ultimate goal is to create opportunities for all Xians to become global tech professionals”.
During the same day, 99x recognized its best-performing employees in 2022 at the 99x Excellence Awards 2022, celebrating exceptional performance across all company areas. The winners were recognized for their outstanding achievements under each of the company’s core values. The award ceremony also included recipients of the CEO’s award and those who had completed 10 and 20 years of dedicated service. In addition, the best project team was also recognized for their outstanding contribution to the company’s success. The awards ceremony was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of the entire 99x team and showcased the company’s commitment to excellence in all aspects of its operations.
